BPW is the oldest and largest organization of working women in this country.  Our members span a broad spectrum of occupations, and we are an organization that embraces and encourages all women who work.  The common thread that unites our members is a concern that women be treated equitable in all areas of their lives.  BPW members are women who work, desire to be successful, and seek to develop leadership potential.
